New Course Begins October 21
Sundays, 12:30-1:45 pm at Temple B’nai Israel

We are a community with a diverse range of Jewish knowledge. If you want to refresh your basic Jewish learning, or if you are not Jewish and would like to study for conversion, this 21-week course will cover five main areas: The Jewish People, Beliefs, and Sacred Texts; Living a Jewish Life; Living in Jewish Time; The Jewish Story; Choosing Judaism. Please register in advance through the Temple website, and direct questions to Rabbi Harris.
     • Class fee for non-members: $36 covers all 21 sessions. No fee for Temple members.
     • All students should purchase the book Honoring Tradition, Embracing Modernity, Rabbis Beth Lieberman and Hara Person, eds. CCAR Press, 2017, available at the TBI Sisterhood Gift Shop. Electronic (PDF) and print editions are also available on-line at www.ccarpress.org.
